NOTE TO OUR LOYAL ARTISTS
It is with sadness we have decided to close the Take-a-Word challenge. Since Marie's passing nine months ago, we have continued to administer the three challenges (Take-a-Word, Three Muses, and Digitalmania), but we have a need to lessen the load a bit. We ask that our loyal followers here at Take-a-Word continue to share your talents at Three Muses or Digitalmania (which is a Flickr site). We are immensely grateful for your participation for the past ten years or so, and hope to see you there. The bee challenge will be the final challenge for Take-a-Word.

Wow! that piece is truly amazing--i saw that "door" was the word for this week a few days ago and posted a comment on my own blog using an unfinished piece of mine. (see: new post: doorways, posted on 2/16/11) As this week is vacation week for my children, studio time is at a minimum, but next week I hope to join you all in a more timely manner.
ReplyDeleteOh, Pat's piece is amazing! I just love it. Magical and mysterious. I'll be back to you soon with mine!
