Take a Word Challenge - Shades of Blue

Our challenge this week has the theme "Shades of Blue". Make blue tones the dominant colours in your artpiece.  For details of the sample picture click HERE.  Have fun!

  16. I agree with Peggy...blue is my favorite color too!!!

    This challenge was a learning experience for me as I experimented with the range of blue colors from the lightest to the darkest hue. I experimented with many contrasting colors and then choose the hues that would bring the harmonious "blend of blues" I was looking for as I added images to the art piece. After I finished the first piece, I was so inspired that I created two more art pieces to share with you!!
