Our theme word this week is REGAL.  Yvonne is our guest host (thankyou, Yvonne).  She set me the impossible task of choosing from four different pictures.  I couldn't do it so have included all four.  Yvonne's imagination has taken her to four different meanings of "regal" so beautifully that I knew you would be inspired by each one.

Take a Word Challenge - Try a Moo (nothing to do with cows!!!)

As mentioned in the Sneak Peek, we are creating "Moos" this week.  I have dragged  some samples from my folders to give "New to the Moo" artists an idea of what the Moo is all about.   Yes, at first it IS a challenge to fit all you want to fit on a small, narrow template but the result is rewarding.  Imagine having your own stash of elegant gift tags!!  The theme is MOO/VINTAGE but you are welcome to design your Moos in any style that suits you.  The one rule is that the template measures 1.10 x 2.80 inches (or 2.79 x 7.11mm) approximately.  It is OK to use the Blog resizing button to show your Moos in a larger size on your Blog.  Don't stop at one.  Post two, or three, or four or more (on the one page so that they come through in one posting).

It is difficult coming up with fresh themes from week to week.  Perhaps you can think of some that we have never thought of.  Perhaps you would like to see art types featured (ATC's, collage, altered art etc).  We are here to please so join in and inspire us!!  Thankyou!

May I wish all the wonderful artists at "Take a Word" a very happy New Year.  It is only with the generous support of you all that our challenge is successful and, hopefully, a fun place to be.
