NOTE TO OUR LOYAL ARTISTS

NOTE TO OUR LOYAL ARTISTS It is with sadness we have decided to close the Take-a-Word challenge. Since Marie's passing nine months ago, we have continued to administer the three challenges (Take-a-Word, Three Muses, and Digitalmania), but we have a need to lessen the load a bit. We ask that our loyal followers here at Take-a-Word continue to share your talents at Three Muses or Digitalmania (which is a Flickr site). We are immensely grateful for your participation for the past ten years or so, and hope to see you there. The bee challenge will be the final challenge for Take-a-Word. Ann and Bev

Take a Word Challenge - MESSY

This week our challenge theme is MESSY suggested by Rian who has also given us this wonderful sample picture to inspire us.  We can't wait to see all the different versions of "messy".  Rian has used many layers and effects to achieve a cluttered look which is also very beautiful.  There are many ways to approach the theme.  Have fun.
You can find Rian's blog HERE

  5. I did a messy piece this morning. Then I realized that there was a call for messy artwork over here--just as I was pondering what a mess my latest piece was. Synchronicity!

    It's over here: Deborah's Art

Or more specifically, here: And I Dreamed I Was Flying
