What does Christmas mean to me? The usual things, of course. Catching up with family members, celebrating the true Christmas meaning and, of course, enjoying the typical Christmas dinner. Christmas also means hot weather which causes a certain amount of crankiness!! Some people cling to the old traditions but here in my part of the world times are changing and the celebration is likely to be a picnic by the river or at the beach (if not too hot) or a barbecue in the backyard. For most people a swim in the ocean or the pool is a "must do".
Christmas and Hanukkah greetings from Ann, Bev and Marie. We hope it is peaceful and happy.

Great peek at an Aussie Christms, Marie! I spent 4 1/2 years in Miami, Florida, going to the beach on Christmas Day, etc., but I longed for the change of seasons and crisp winter air. I guess we're all creatures of habit!
ReplyDeleteHilarious example Marie...
