NOTE TO OUR LOYAL ARTISTS

NOTE TO OUR LOYAL ARTISTS It is with sadness we have decided to close the Take-a-Word challenge. Since Marie's passing nine months ago, we have continued to administer the three challenges (Take-a-Word, Three Muses, and Digitalmania), but we have a need to lessen the load a bit. We ask that our loyal followers here at Take-a-Word continue to share your talents at Three Muses or Digitalmania (which is a Flickr site). We are immensely grateful for your participation for the past ten years or so, and hope to see you there. The bee challenge will be the final challenge for Take-a-Word. Ann and Bev

This week our MASKS theme has been suggested by Anja and this is her most beautiful illustration.  Thankyou, Anja!  Tuesday is Mardi Gras day, the last day before the start of Lent.  Show us your masks!  Have fun!  You can find Anja's blog HERE

  23. Thank you, Sherry and Electra - I appreciate the kind words very much. Tumblr's giving me fits and Sherry's "ask me" message has not arrived. Tumblr itself doesn't have a comment feature, but it lets you use 3rd party comment systems, two of which have been awful, so I'm casting about for a better solution. Very sorry if I seem to ignore people here - not what I mean to do. --TG
